Definitions

In these terms, “account” means the personal player profile registered with iron888. “Player”, “you” and “your” refer to the individual using iron888. “Services” includes the website, mobile interface, casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, promotions, customer support and related account tools. “Wager” means a stake placed on a casino game, sports outcome or other eligible event. “Bonus” means promotional credit or another benefit subject to separate conditions.

“Payment method” includes an eligible bank, card, eWallet or transfer channel. Malaysian options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and eligible credit or debit cards. The appearance of a payment brand does not guarantee continuous availability.

Account eligibility

You may register with iron888 only if you are at least 21 years old, legally capable of entering a binding agreement and permitted to participate under the laws applicable to you. You must not access iron888 from a restricted jurisdiction, act for another person or allow a minor to use your account.

• You must provide your legal name, correct date of birth, current residential address and valid contact details.
• You may create and operate only one iron888 account unless written approval states otherwise.
• You must not register using a false identity, borrowed document, shared payment method or misleading location information.
• iron888 may refuse registration, suspend access or request further evidence where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

A person who is self-excluded must not attempt to reopen access using different details. Any effort to evade age, identity, location or responsible gambling controls constitutes a material breach of these terms.

Identity verification and account security

iron888 may complete Know Your Customer checks at registration, before a withdrawal or at any time required for security, fraud prevention or regulatory compliance. Requested evidence may include a valid MyKad, driving licence or passport, proof of address issued within the previous three months, a payment ownership record and a selfie or liveness check.

Documents must be genuine, current, legible and submitted through the secure verification area. iron888 may restrict deposits, wagering or withdrawals while a review remains incomplete. A standard review may take 24–48 hours, although complex cases can require additional time.

You are responsible for protecting your password, device and one-time security codes. Never disclose login credentials to another person. You must notify iron888 support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised until the account is reported compromised.

Deposits and payment methods

Deposits must come from a payment method held in the verified player's name. iron888 may reject third-party transfers, cash-equivalent transactions, mismatched bank accounts or payments that create a reasonable concern regarding fraud or unlawful activity. Minimum and maximum amounts are displayed before a transaction is confirmed.

A deposit is not proof that funds are immediately available for withdrawal. It may be subject to bank processing, eWallet confirmation, payment screening or a reasonable wagering requirement intended to prevent payment misuse. Players should check the displayed MYR amount carefully before approving a transfer through FPX, DuitNow or a Malaysian bank.

Payment providers may impose separate processing times, transaction limits or charges. iron888 is not responsible for delays caused solely by Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, an eWallet provider, a card issuer, network maintenance or incorrect payment information supplied by the player.

Wagers, results and settlement

A wager becomes valid only after iron888 accepts it and records it in the player's transaction history. The player must review the selection, stake, odds and potential return before confirmation. Once accepted, a wager cannot ordinarily be cancelled merely because the player changed their mind or misunderstood the market.

Sports markets may cover the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, international football, UFC, badminton, basketball, esports and other events. Settlement is based on the official result and the applicable market rules. If an event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted or materially changed, iron888 may void or settle the market according to the published event rules.

Obvious errors may include an incorrect price, impossible return, duplicated result or market offered after an outcome was known. iron888 may correct or void a wager affected by a genuine technical or pricing error. Any correction must be based on reasonable evidence and reflected in the account record.

Bonuses, rewards and promotions

Every iron888 promotion may include eligibility rules, a minimum deposit, maximum bonus value, wagering requirement, game contribution rate, expiry period and withdrawal restriction. A player must review those conditions before opting in. Promotional credit has no cash value until all applicable requirements are satisfied.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, only one offer may be used per player, household, device, payment method or shared IP environment. Deliberate low-risk wagering, coordinated play, opposite betting, account sharing or other conduct intended primarily to extract promotional value may be treated as bonus abuse.

iron888 may remove unused promotional credit or associated winnings when a promotion expires or its rules are materially breached. Real-money balances that are not connected to abuse will be handled in accordance with the remaining terms and any lawful verification obligations.

Withdrawals

A withdrawal request must be made through an eligible method in the verified account holder's name. Where reasonably possible, iron888 may return funds to the method originally used to deposit. Alternative payment details may require additional verification.

• The account must contain sufficient cleared funds to cover the requested MYR amount.
• Applicable bonus and wagering requirements must be completed before promotional winnings are withdrawn.
• iron888 may request KYC evidence, source-of-funds information or payment ownership confirmation.
• Processing may be paused where fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks or unlawful activity are reasonably suspected.

The estimated processing time begins only after all required information has been received. Bank and eWallet processing times are outside the direct control of iron888. Players should not submit repeated requests while a verified withdrawal is already under review.

Prohibited conduct

You must use iron888 honestly and only for personal entertainment. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, money laundering, payment reversal abuse, collusion, automated wagering, exploitation of software defects, manipulation of game outcomes, unauthorised access and harassment of support staff or other users.

You must not use a virtual private network or other technology to misrepresent a restricted location, sell or transfer an iron888 account, allow another person to place wagers on your behalf, or use funds obtained unlawfully. If prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, iron888 may restrict the account while an investigation takes place.

Following a fair review, iron888 may void affected transactions, recover improperly obtained benefits, suspend or close the account and make disclosures required by applicable law or international licensing obligations.

Responsible gambling

iron888 is intended solely as paid entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling carries a risk of financial loss and must never be treated as employment, an investment or a reliable source of income. Players should use deposit limits, spending limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion whenever those controls are appropriate.

A player who requests self-exclusion must not attempt to bypass it by creating another account. iron888 will take reasonable steps to apply the requested restriction, but the player also remains responsible for avoiding access and seeking suitable support. Account suspension and closure

A player may ask iron888 support to close an account, subject to the settlement of valid pending transactions and any necessary security review. A standard closure request is different from self-exclusion. Players seeking protection from further gambling should clearly request self-exclusion rather than ordinary closure.

iron888 may suspend or close an account where the player breaches these terms, fails verification, presents a security risk, engages in prohibited conduct or is no longer eligible to use the services. Where legally and operationally possible, legitimate remaining funds will be returned after deductions for valid wagers, chargebacks, fraud losses or amounts obtained in breach of these terms.

Service availability and liability

iron888 aims to provide stable mobile access but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, internet congestion, telecommunications faults, power failures, cyber incidents, payment provider outages and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

Players are responsible for maintaining a reliable device and internet connection. iron888 will not be liable for a failed or delayed wager that was never accepted and recorded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to direct and reasonably foreseeable loss arising from the specific affected transaction.

Privacy and communications

iron888 processes personal information for account administration, identity checks, payment processing, fraud prevention, service delivery and responsible gambling controls. Details about collection, retention, security and user choices are provided in the Privacy Policy.

Operational messages concerning security, verification, transactions or changes to these terms may be sent using the contact details attached to the account. Players must keep those details current. Promotional communication preferences may be managed separately, subject to applicable requirements.

Changes, severability and governing framework

iron888 may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, regulatory, security, payment or product changes. Material revisions will take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where additional consent is legally required.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure by iron888 to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later. These terms are interpreted within the applicable international operating and licensing framework, without representing approval by any Malaysian authority.
